Lead Real Estate Appontment Setter (ISR)

MREI is a growing operation based in the USA & we are looking for a great real estate cold caller/virtual assistant. We are looking to hire a motivated individual that can add value & become part of a growing company that resolves pain points for local property owners. This is a part time time position which would require 3 hour work days 6 days a week (18 hours), which are to be determined after our interviews. Job Skills & Requirements:
• Fluent speaker in English (little to no accent) & if by any chance you speak Spanish that would be awesome as well :)
• Must be an extremely organized individual that will be able to maintain records & notes within a CRM
• Team-oriented mindsets are key components of this position and will be rewarded accordingly!
• Stable internet connection (Ookla Speedtest Results will be needed)
• Audio/Video introduction briefly telling us about yourself career goals & personal hobbies. We want to know you :)
• Personality test to verify how we can best help you grow during your time with us.

• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft & Google suites
• Availability between 9am-8pm as outreach days will differ. (We'll talk more about that in the future)
Responsibilities
• Building interpersonal relationships with property owners to help solve problems.
• Calling leads and setting appointments for follow up
• Make follow up phone calls with leads
