Hi there,
Thanks for taking a look at my WordPress Content Writing opportunity. This is a flexible position that will be long-term. I'm looking for a writer that can provide posts of about 1,500 on an on-going basis. Once settled in, it shouldn't take more than 4 hours to complete an article, including the research that is involved. Anywhere from 3-5 posts per week should be expected.
The website I'm hiring for is focused on investing, mostly stock invest, but there isn't much need for investment knowledge... knowing the basics will do. The main requirements for this position are the abilities to do excellent research and of course you must have good English writing skills.
That said, I'm not looking for someone to write essays. I'm looking for more of a conversational-tone writer.
RESEARCH IS KEY HERE...
On-boarded I will provide some training for the position and then let you work freely. I will begin by providing article topics and I expect thorough research and accurate information provided.
This position requires somewhat of an "investigative" research style. You must be good at looking through different sources and deciphering what information is accurate and whatnot.
Required Skills:
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent written English
- Attention to detail - when applying for this position, please start with ‘Hola Kyle’ (this tells me you are paying attention!)
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally through
- Resourceful - The ability to find different resources and get things done
- Wordpress (basic) posting of articles, simple formatting
- Basic editing of photos using Canva (even if you don't know how to do this it can be learned in about 1 minute)
Pay:
This position will start out at $15 per article, which as I mentioned will be about 1,500 words. That said, there is room for
To get a gauge of your writing ability right from the start, I'd like you to write a short 200 word sample on why options trading is better than stock trading.
*I'm not saying it is or isn't... but just try to convince me.
*Please notice the salary I'm offering and don't apply if you are not willing to accept this if I choose you for the position.
