Civil Engineer - Construction Estimating Assistant - $42,047 PHP Per Month - Full Time

The position will be to review Commercial Construction Civil & Concrete Drawings & Specifications for a commercial construction company which is located in Long Island, New York. After review of the Drawings & Specifications you will be required to input scope and quantity data into an Excel Sheet for Management to review.

This is a 40 hour work week job position
You MUST work between the hours of 7am to 3pm Eastern Standard Time

The Applicant must be a licensed Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience.
The Applicant must have experience with soils and concrete.

$866 USD per month / $42,047 PHP per month
Salary can be increased after a few months of employment if employee is able to effectively produce the required work output

The candidate must be able to:
- Speak, read and write excellent English
- Must have experience in the Construction Industry
- Must be able to read Construction Drawings & Specifications
- Have experience as a Cost Estimator / Cost Surveyor
- Be an expert in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Have experience working with US/UK/AUS customers
- Be able to follow detailed instructions
- Be able to clearly communicate with difficult people
- Follow up with tasks until they are 100% complete
- Make themselves available to Management during the hours of 7am to 3pm EST
