HR Officer

What are the things that will be expected from you?

*Recruitment:
- Be the first line of contact of candidates during the entire recruitment process.
- Attend job intake, source candidates, arrange interview meeting between the candidate and hiring department, extend job offer package to candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

*Compensation & Benefits:
- Knowledgeable in basic benefits in the Philippines for C&B competency assessment.
- Will be responsible in payroll and timekeeping.

*Employee Relation:
- Must have an idea in both Singapore and Philippine Labor Law.

*Employee Engagement:
- Act as a Chief-Happiness-Officer to the whole DotZero community.
- Will facilitate different EE activities like Fun Days, Trivia Nights, and the like.


What are the minimum requirements of this role?
- Proven work experience as an HR Generalist.
- With at least 3yrs of related experience.
- E-commerce experience is an advantage.
- Knowledgable in candidate channels like Linkedin, OnlineJobsPH, etc.
- Must have a background in using Office 365.
- Can start as soon as possible.
- Poster creation or editing skills will be a plus but not required.
