Facebook Ads Expert Wanted

I suck at facebook ads. I'm based in the US and companies are slowly reopening. Who knows when they will close back up. But I want to target business owners who are reopening or who want to get their website up and running and get more customers.

Before I continue, I do NOT want someone who will say "it will take time". I want someone who can make me an ad that will get me leads in 1-3 Upgrade to see actual info takes facebook's algorithm 3 days to work its magic. I want someone who knows what they are doing. Someone who has done some online training.

You MUST meet the following requirements:

1) You've done training before (send me the name of the person whose courses you bought and studied under)
2) You've built ads for an SEO agency (send me screenshots of the results)

You should be able to tell me what kind of image works, what ad copy to use, what campaign objective will work, and what kind of audience targetting I should use.

I've seen people who can create an ad and get leads literally 2-7 days after their ad goes live.

I will pay for every lead you get me. If you're great at what you do, getting me leads shouldn't be a problem. My goal is to have business owners coming to me and asking me to help them out. I spend very little each day on my ads but I get TONS of views.
