Executive VA

We are a small, family run design and print agency located in Miami, FL who are looking for a remote VA for one of our executives. They will be required to check in with our leadership on a daily basis between 9-10am EST. They will capture what was completed the day prior and review what is due for the current day. We are looking for a highly organized individual who has experience managing creative individuals, including executives. They should have endless patience, but some dominance to ensure we stay on task and accountable. This person should have a personality that is detailed and concise. They should be able to speak to our leaders on the phone (expert English in written and spoken), pull out their to-dos, send messages on their behalf via email and what's app and keep our systems updated. They will be required to update tasks via Asana, so experience is preferred. They should also be fluent in excel and will be trained on our website workflow. They will set up meetings and should be quick on email. Experience in the print, design or agency world a plus. Position could grow into full time on EST hours.
