We are hiring a personal assistant to help handle the day to day call center tasks for our solar agency business.

You will be responsible for a range of customer support and prospecting tasks including phone and text support. When you are not fielding incoming calls, you will be asked to do outbound prospecting tasks and eventually training and managing other call center staff. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Answering Incoming Calls (You must be available during USA daytime hours)
-Qualifying and setting appointments over the phone and text.
-Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
-Business opportunity prospecting by phone, email and text

All training will be provided.

We are looking to staff on a full-time basis but may start you out as part time for this ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to work my daytime hours here in the United States which will be overnight in your country.
4. Fluent English - written and spoken
5. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a skype account.
