JOB OVERVIEW

Project overview:
We're looking for an experienced e-commerce customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.

This project requires:
- Customer support experience the dropshipping e-commerce business.
- Fluent writing skills in German and English
- Experience in using Zendesk, Gorgias, Reamaze, or other customer service platform.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages and requests in perfect German.
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy.
- Edit orders/Re-send products to our customers when needed.
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 24 hours).
- Communicate on Slack daily with our team and suppliers.
- Create templates and SOP.
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times.
