Senior HTML/PHP/Javascript developer

Hi candidates,

We are a small web company in Australia, specialising in WordPress and Laravel development. We're looking for an exceptional senior full stack developer (with a bias towards front-end development) to work with us and deliver some awesome work and lead our remote development team.

We're looking for a great candidate that fits our needs below:

* At least 5 years experience across HTML/CSS, PHP and Javascript
* PRECISE(!) pixel perfect HTML/CSS skills, working from PSD files (using Gulp/Sass for CSS)
* Very good attention to detail with web designs and code
* Good English speaking / writing / communication skills
* Experienced with WordPress theme development
* Experience with at least one of: Angular, React, Vue.js
* Strong ability to write good quality code
* Strong database and application design skills
* Must be able to work autonomously and troubleshoot issues/solve complex problems on their own
* Experience leading a team of other developers -> will be a bonus
* Functional and technical documentation experience -> will be a bonus

Responsibilities include:

* Build web based solutions of various types (WordPress, Laravel, Javascript) and taking real ownership of projects
* Assisting and training other developers in the team in best practices and technical expertise
* Review the code of team members and provide coding feedback to the team
* Write up functional specs for applications or design application solutions
* Carry out deployment work, simple or complex

- We will hold 4 week PAID trials for developers that get shortlisted and chosen
- We are not looking for agencies or outsource companies, we're looking to make a working relationship with an individual professional
- We are looking for workers in the Philippines only
