Product Sourcing/Store Managment

I am looking for a full-time Product sourer/Store Manager.

This individual must be able to find products that sell easily along with having high profit margens, and are able to manage a Shopify /Amazon FBA business.

Pay: TBD, pay will be based off the number of qualifications, and will rise with level of effectiveness. For Example: you may be payed off of two different scales to boost effectiveness. First, is base pay which is $4USD an hour, and the second method of payment is 10% of all pure profits. You will be paid which ever is higher. This means pay level has no limit.
