Wordpress template customization

We are building out a video centric website similar to Youtube (we purchased this template http://marstheme.com/?product=videotube) that we need help:

- load the videos (about 80)
- tag them
- categorize them
- title and description
- create landing pages
- all within Wordpress.

We will also require some customization of the website. We will provide all the videos on Vimeo, all titles, descriptions and tags.

So the we need someone to load everything and get it live asap.
