Market Development Associate For A Real Estate Company (40% cold call / 60% admin tasks) **WORK FROM HOME**

Hours: Agent will work from 8:30AM-5:30PM Pacific Time with one hour break.


Personal Characteristics: Great written and phone skills, detail oriented, great work ethic, reliable, problem solver, self-motivated, and have exceptional customer service skill.


Tasks:

-Make outbound sales calls to non-occupied property owners (Main skill needed as this task is 40% of the work)

-Perform rental comparable

-Respond to Leasing Inquiries

-Update company's social media (No need to create content)

-Leasing coordination

-Setting up appointments

-Publish property listings


Requirements:

-Minimum of 1 year experience in cold calling or telemarketing with proven track record

-Must have a quiet home office set up with reliable internet
