Amazon FBA - Virtual Assistant

I need an Amazon FBA to take a product through the sales cycle from product research, shipping and setting up an Amazon listing. With an excellent understanding of product marketing and able to drive the product with passion and enthusiasm.

As part of the incentive I would be willing to offer performance based targets that would achieve an increase in the salary if they are met.

The required skills would be:

>5 Years of Professional Amazon FBA Experience
In depth understanding of the Amazon Sellers Account
Expertise in Shipping
Able to demonstrate a history of successful product research and product launches that became successful.
