806 House Buyers is looking to hire an eager, self-motivated sales person to join our team. The purpose of this position is to help us purchase houses in the local area. This includes meeting with homeowners, evaluating properties, and negotiating a purchase price. You will use our training, systems, and processes to make offers, negotiate, and conduct ample follow up on your previous offers.

Our company purchases multiple properties each month. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the drive to do whatever it takes. We are rapidly growing and you must be able to handle a large volume of leads and follow up. We are only looking for aggressive candidates that can stay organized and work with little to no direction. You will be working 40-50 hours a week with the majority of the time spent with sellers or prospecting for new sellers. You will work directly with homeowners who have been qualified by our team. Although not required, sales and/or real estate experience is preferred. We will provide advanced sales training that is congruent to our culture and core values.
