Property business researcher

Hard working, enthusiastic researcher and data entry / data collection assistant required.

As a property investor in the UK it is important I keep up to date with properties on the market that fit my search criteria.

I am looking for someone to search all the property sites in the UK to compile a list of properties meeting my search and investment criteria and inputting them onto a spreadsheet so I can contact the estate agents / vendors.

Sites to search include Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, gumtree.co.uk, onthemarket.com and any other proeprty site.

I will be looking for both residential properties and also commercial properties for conversion.

Search criteria to be specified upon successful application.
