JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to hit targets and grow accounts and achieve operational excellence. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues our clients, as well as our internal teams, may face.

This candidate should have experience in Outbound Lead Generation or a similar Business Development role.

Responsible for:

Preparing transparent standard reports and analysis to support campaign needs.
•Developing and enhancing spreadsheets and databases’ functionality like usage of formulas, tables, and logic functions.
•Direct communication with clients, stakeholders, and business managers.
•Providing technical insight while streamline reporting.
•Forming spreadsheets to analyze business requirements.
•Developing cross-group and cross-functional reports covering client needs.
•Leading a team of sales representatives for outbound lead generation.

Qualifications:
•Experience with Outbound Lead Generation or other BPO functions.
•Experience in creating call scripts and messaging for Outbound Lead Generation.
•Data management skills, analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent English, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Proven track record of leading teams to hit their targets.
•Extreme attention to detail.
•Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
•Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
