Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) Manager

FBA Manager manages the order fulfillment process including product sourcing, order entry, administration, and shipping. Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with Amazon’s customer service standards. Being an FBA Manager ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations. 1 year of experience is required and a proven track record of successful items sold through Amazon’s FBA program.
