Freelance Website Developer For An On-Going Work

We are looking for a web developer who can make basic updates to our 2 websites and keep things running smoothly. Someone who also knows how to integrate Mailchimp signup forms with our websites. We are looking for someone who can work for us occasionally on a project by project basis, to make changes, fixes and updates. The rate is $100 per month for tune ups to the 2 websites.
