Customer Service - Shopify Store

We are a trendy jewelry company looking for an experienced English speaking customer service assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with the company.

Main task:
- Customer service (primary task): looking for orders, investigating the status of each order, responding to customer emails in a polite and friendly manner and finding resolutions.

- Communicating with suppliers and resolving issues.
- Fulfilling orders in Oberlo

Excellent English required. Experience with Shopify / Oberlo is a plus.

The virtual assistant will need to be connected to Skype during these times.

Excellent and fast internet connection is a must. She/He knows how to work independently if the manager is not available and can take initiatives. Possibility to grow in the company.
