Link Builder for local SEO

Looking for someone that can follow direction but also make decisions on their own. You will be given the tools to succeed.

A spreadsheet list of websites will be provided. You may need to edit and clean the spreadsheet by figuring out which sites are good and which ones are bad. You may need to combine spreadsheets.
Build out citations from a list on a spreadsheet.
Build out profile accounts from a list on a spreadsheet.
Outreach to local bloggers to see if there is interest in guest posting opportunities. Topic ideas will be given, but depending on your ability, you may get the opportunity to pitch ideas.
I also need help with guest blogging. I have lists of sites, I need help coming up with topics ideas and then submitting those ideas to the website offering guest ---------- experience needed in link building. You need to be able to go to websites and figure out how to signup for an account.

Part-time (10 hours a week to start). The goal is to turn this into a full-time position within a year.
