Mobile app development - well paying one off project

I have a client looking for someone to develop a mobile application. This would be a mid range application, but requires a few different skill sets.

This kind of app will require a server side back end developed for universally accessing and storing user data, maps and also the stored tracks.

Job Description

I am looking for a native app to be developed (universal) for Apple (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices.

It will need to use google maps API.

The app must be able to log distances traveled, show the path they have taken on a map so that individuals can back-track the path taken if needed.

They must be able to access maps for different terrains similar to Memory Maps.

The app must also be able to track other users nearby and these users will need to be able to send messages to each other through the app.

They must be able to save tracks they've traveled on and share them with users that can be commented on.

Users should have their own profiles and connect with friends and find other users.

For privacy reasons it will need to be to user accepted tracking e.g. you send a request to a user to track their location and they have to accept it for it to be seen on your phone or mobile device.

Tracking should only occur when user is using the app

Also if a user is stationary and not traveling for a period longer that 1 hour it should send a message to users friends who use the app.

We do not want to have problems with people not being able to finish this job so only those confident they can design and develop this app need apply.

The successful applicant will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement and provide full rights of the development to us.
