JOB DESCRIPTION
1.We want to build a relationship with someone on a long term employment basis
2.You need to be someone who likes to carry out research and write well as you will be performing this task full time all day long
3.You will be given weekly lists of topics which must be strictly adhered to
4.The job is full time, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
5.You will be writing mostly about variations of a single topic to begin with but other topics will be added as time progresses
6.All articles must be unique – no copying of works by others is permitted
7.We will expect to be your only employer
8.Each article shall be 450 to 500 words in length
9.Some initial training will be provided in the beginning with writing and research techniques but you must have the capability of picking up the challenge quickly
10.Have a look at some of the articles on this website www.thebustedsofa.com as examples of the type of work you will carry out
11.If you believe that you can write as good as the articles in the above website then you’re in with a chance and should apply for the job
REMUNERATION
We are willing to negotiate but to begin with make us an offer on what you feel is fair for the amount of work you have to do. In addition we will implement a bonus scheme based on levels of work and quality provided. The more you do and the higher the quality the more you will receive in payment. Remember this is a long term employment relationship.
COMMUNICATION
Communication on a day to day basis will be via email and the use of Google Docs. You will be expected to have suitable computer facilities available allowing you to perform your tasks.

The quality of the articles will be used to evaluate your skills in writing and will ultimately be used in the final decision process.
