Company Background:
My mother has been doing construction/remodeling for other investors for 10 years and I quickly followed suit. We partnered up to start Home Square and started taking on more of our own personal home remodels to help us reach our goal of purchasing, rehabbing, renting, and selling properties in Chicago and the Chicagoland area. We’ve had a blast this past year, and are now looking to grow our team in order to scale our business and do more deals. Our company culture is collaborative and driven. We work hard and get things done, but we enjoy ourselves along the way!
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and sales oriented
1 Year Sales Experience (preferred)
1 Year Real Estate Experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Manage Lead Pipeline, Make Follow Up Calls, Build Rapport, Overcome Objections, Negotiate Price, and Set In-Person Meetings,Qualified Leads are provided for you.
Once we close on the house, you get paid bonus
Track each call - type notes for each call in our database provided. We use Nextiva Dialer and Pipedrive
Compensation & Benefits:
*Pay: negoitable hourly pay + regular bonus
>>> Earn $250 BONUS when we close wholesale deal, OR between $100-$150 BONUS when we get a listing agreement OR $50 BONUS if you are able to get signed contract without close (we expect at least 3 closings per month)

*Tools and Training: We provide all Full Training Program, 1-on-1 Coaching Calls, Software Logins to Nextiva Dialer, Pipedrive, and more. We believe in succeeding together, this is a Team effort and Team sport!
Position Requirements:
Part Time – 20 hours per week
Hours are flexible. You will be making Follow Up Calls between the hours of 10:00AM – 2:00PM Central Standard Time but each day will vary.
