Experienced Customer Representative Required for Shopify Store

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via email and Facebook messages in perfect English
- Fulfill digital orders via email, and pitch & close upsells
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Understand and communicate revision requests with the team
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately
- Communicate on Skype/Slack daily with the core team
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times
