Looking to build in Wordpress possibly with deluxe themes with added customization if possible. Must also be very familiar with graphic design (photoshop, indesign, illustrator etc.) to be able to create eye popping images and graphics that blend with site and brand.

Important Factors:
A keen eye for design that translates into web design
Familiarity integrating with APIs and customizing design
Some familiarity with eCommerce building
