## About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior 3D Designer specializing in modeling and texturing, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for photorealistic product visualization.

This is an entry-level position designed for talented individuals looking to develop their skills while working on real luxury projects. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and mentorship while contributing to client projects.

## Key Responsibilities

* Create accurate 3D models of products and packaging
* Apply realistic materials and textures (leather, velvet, metal, wood, marble, etc.)
* Produce photorealistic renderings with proper lighting and composition
* Follow detailed design briefs and technical requirements
* Execute revisions quickly and accurately
* Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
* Organize project files and work efficiently within deadlines

## Requirements

### Mandatory Skills

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Blender
* Understanding of modeling, materials, and rendering workflows
* Basic experience with KeyShot
* Good understanding of proportions, composition, and realism
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection and computer capable of handling 3D work

### Nice to Have

* Substance Painter or Substance Designer
* Experience with luxury products, packaging, or product visualization
* Basic knowledge of Photoshop
