Superstar VA needed for productivity app

My name is Jon and I am the founder of FocusMe - an exciting software company who make a popular productivity app.

We are looking for one or two part-time VA's to assist with a variety of tasks. You will start at 2-3 hours per day between 9AM-5PM EST.

1. Customer Care
- Assist customers with general queries about our app
- Process refunds and cancellations
- Provide technical support
- Responding to reviews

2. Blog and social media management
- Manage our blog
- Manage social media
- Hire and manage writers

You don't need experience in both these areas, but at least one.

There could be further interesting and varied tasks.

Basic Requirements:

• Stable internet connection
• Working computer/ Laptop
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
• 2 valid government IDs

Skills required:

• Excellent organisational and research skills
• Strong written and verbal English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• At least 40/WPM typing speed with 90%+ accuracy
