JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic e-commerce company in need of a driven, smart and passionate Customer Service Support with exceptional customer support skills and capabilities. The customer service support is responsible for delivering a superior level of customer satisfaction.

This is a voice and non-voice job.

Qualifications:
- experience in E-commerce is a MUST
- English proficient (exceptional written and verbal English skills)
-Must be available to work 40hrs a week, 8 hours each day for 5 days in a regular schedule
-Must be flexible in adjusting to new task assignment
-Must have a stable internet connection and live in areas with minimal power interruption
-Must be willing to work under pressure
-Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
-Must be knowledgeable with the following software:

Gorgias, Shopify, tracking websites, GoogleSuite

Responsibilities:
Answering emails and social media moderation
Taking inbound calls from customers
Live chat support

Ad-hoc tasks
*not all at the same time

*Salary is commensurate to experience
