Create a Featured Home Page on Genesis Framework blog theme

I want to create a featured home page on my blog http://profitwithvitaliy.com that is run on custom coded child theme of Genesis Framework.

I need an expert on the Genesis Framework and that has experience with creating great wordpress sites.

I want something similar to the featured home page on this site http://www.tanyaaliza.com/

I'll give you the pictures, and the text and my design in mind and you should also have design skills to put it together nicely.

I have other projects I need to be worked on too, so this can be long term relationships.
