JOB OVERVIEW

The Ideal Applicant I’m Seeking: A positive-minded, highly self-motivated professional with project organization and time management experience, to work full time in a clean office in Makati. Applicant needs to be computer savvy, resourceful, self-reliant and consistently able to deliver results. Maintain focus on key or time sensitive tasks while progressing, balancing and managing other responsibilities and inspecting what you expect is essential, as is loyalty, trustworthiness and confidentiality to our clients.

NOTE: YOU WILL BE WORKING IN AN OFFICE IN MAKATI. THIS IS NOT HOME BASED.

THE INTERVIEW FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE ON FEBRUARY 3, 2015 IN 1004 Teresa St., Rizal Village, Makati City, MM

FRESH GRADUATES AND UNDERGRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

Things you would be accomplishing:

Manage email daily by quickly responding and solving problems
Identify bottlenecks in our business and immediately put new system in place to eliminate the bottleneck
Call clients or prospective clients to schedule appointments with CEO
Schedules Meeting dry runs with clients before actual training is delivered to be sure everyone is comfortable with the technology
Watches for red flags in all aspects of the business and immediately attacks them
Calls clients and prospects to check in with them, to answer a question, and schedule appointments
Reach out to conference leads and/or industry gurus to schedule interviews with CEO or get appointments for speaking engagements
Keeps multiple monthly check-ins with virtual internal team of independent contractors to measure project goals
Experience is essential! Virtual Assistant must be proficient with:
Managing multiple Google calendars, Google apps, Google email
Skype video
Google Docs / Calendar or other online meeting software program
Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint
CRM programs, such as but not limited to Salesforce
Email auto responders, such as but not limited to Aweber, Constant Contact or Send Pepper
Professional phone skills are a must as CEO does not rely on email as THE ONLY method of communication for clients and prospects or internal team members

Must work in West Coast PDT/PST Time zone 16 hour time Zone difference from Philippines.
