Our team needs an Elastic Search Expert who can come in, understand the desired logic, fine-tune the elastic search implementation based on our desired functionality. Someone who has a can-do attitude, persistent and unstoppable. Someone that can do what it takes to build the best search engine, including exploring any gnarly edge cases they need to support.

Requirements:
- Has some insights about Django
- Has experience with Python and ES bulk indexation.
- Super experienced in ES projects. (at least 2 - 3 samples where we can check what he has done).
