We manage multiple international brands on different ecommerce platforms.
Our company focuses on cosmetics, skin care, and fitness products.
We’re looking for not just a person to do a boring work of sending pre-defined robotic templates to our customers,
but rather a highly emotionally intelligent person to have warm and pleasant conversations with our customers as well as providing them with the precise solution they are looking for every time.

Here are your responsibilities:
- Intelligently answer customer inquiries.
- Have phone conversations with customers.
- Manage processes of returns & refunds.
- Tracking follow ups with Excel/CRM.
- Take part in building processes and improving our customer support practices.
Who are we looking for:
- Fluent English (writing and speaking) is an absolute must - spelling or grammar mistakes are NOT acceptable.
- High level of attention to details.
- High level of organisation and aesthetics.
- Tech-oriented - while you won't need to do any type of coding, being tech-savvy is a great advantage.
Salary:
Starting at $132 a week, after a month of evaluation salary can be negotiated, as well as in the months after that.
Working hours:
- Monday-Friday - 9 Hours/day within which 1 hour of break is included.
- 1-3 hours during weekends (will be paid additionally to the base salary - with a 150% rate)
Other:
- For every month you work for us, you'll accumulate 0.5 paid sick day, and 0.75 paid vacation day which you can use later.
- Religious holidays are either paid vacation or half day work (depending on the holiday).
