Zoho Platform Developer and Trainer

This position requires multiple capabilities. We are looking for you if you have a background in training development and more importantly, Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration management with an above average understanding of the Zoho One Platform. This includes the ability to perform configuration management, workflows, Deluge scripting (much like javascript, not required but valuable), and automation across CRM, Desk, Projects, Campaigns, Forms and other Zoho solutions.

You need to bring business experience from multiple types of businesses. This experience helps you relate to varying types of projects our firm receives for configuration and customization of the Zoho platform. You should have a training mindset. As part of this position you will work with an instructional designer, creating course content around best practices of configuring, customizing and using the Zoho platform. This position will be the expert on the solution while translating this to an instructional designer who will build learning courses for our customers.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Knowledge
-Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, Campaigns, Forms, Surveys and other solutions from Zoho
-Programming in Deluge or at the least javascript

Abilities
- Run a complete implementation of a Software as a Service project
- Configure and Customize the Zoho platform
- Communicate project plans to team members and clients
- Create custom fields, workflows, custom functions, and overall configuration management
- Find resources to get a job done despite not having all of the abilities within you
- Translate technical information into end user training
- Develop project plans on your own
- Provide suggestions for best practices and a willingness to challenge and be challenged

Skills
- 3+ years in building systems
- 3+ years in understanding process and how to streamline it into software like CRM
- 3+ years managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
