Descriptions: We are looking for the best of the best Amazon specialists and experts to join our team as a freelancer. Amazon experts and specialists are responsible for managing the entirety of Amazon FBA and Amazon Seller Central account for our clients. You must be detail-oriented, able to work on your own and with a team, and able to with confidence complete the following responsibilities and duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop Amazon online Vendor and Seller business strategy in collaboration with the sales and marketing department.
Manage daily listing maintenance, content descriptions, content
Work with the marketing department to create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Manage and maintain strategies on Amazon FBA, Seller Fulfilled, and Seller Fulfilled Prime to meet growth objectives.
Track weekly marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies to improve them.
Lead projects and objectives that improve operations within each marketplace.
Build relationships with key players on the Amazon account team.
Analyze performance and impact of digital marketing and merchandising investments with Amazon account to determine customer impact and ROI (for both online and in-store purchases).
Leverage Amazon Retail Analytics and other retailer eCommerce analytics platforms to derive key business insights and grow our eCommerce business.
Proactively identify conversion breakdowns on Amazon by analyzing clickstream data and purchase funnel metrics.
Monitor site metrics, such as time for Web pages to load, total numbers of site visitors, and visitors by-product or page. Analyze the information and recommend changes to improve site
Optimize marketplace listings, keywords, titles, categories, and descriptions, implement changes and updates to product descriptions for our top-performing products
Develop, measure, analyze, and report all key performance indicators for our client's eCommerce channel.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or related field.
Two+ years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent, preferably with networking products and/or computing/consumer electronics experience.
Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc), experience buying and selling (large scale) on each marketplace.
Experience successfully managing online marketplaces such as Amazon. Must be a self-starter and decision-maker that is fully committed and understand how to best the competition and increase
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically, and to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
Experience with product listings, data feeds and web analytics is strongly preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
