WordPress Web Design - Expert Level - Full Time

We are a fast growing web design company located in Southern California, USA. We are looking for a creative and dependable Web Designer / Developer. The right candidate will be responsible of working mostly with WordPress websites (building from starch, modifying existing ones, optimizing for SEO & Speed, staging, publishing, fixing errors, etc). The right candidate most be experienced in ALL of the following platforms: Wordpress, Woocommerce, Elementor Pro, WHM, cPanel, Plesk, FTP.

Most of the websites that we build for our clients uses Astra theme with Elementor Pro. But we do a lot of customization to make sure the website fits exactly the clients wants and needs.

Must be an expert in PSD, Illustrator, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySql, SEO and must have excellent English spoken and writing skills.

Must be familiar with; Google Webmaster, Google Analytics, Google local business, Bing Webmaster, Facebook fan pages, instagram, twitter, YouTube, …etc

Must be able to learn new skills like creating animation video using easy drag and drop online video makers (will train), and other skills like, optimizing images and renaming images before uploading to website using photoshop, adding alt text to images, utilizing H1, H2, H3, ..etc tags, permalinks, meta titles and description, …

What we are looking for is a creative web designer who can review the project details and come up with a design that reflects the client’s preference and business needs, utilizing WordPress, Elementor Pro, Envato Elements themes and the use of other plugins if needed. Also the designer will need to make the necessary adjustments once the client sends us their feedback, and finally publish the website on the client’s live domain, website must be optimized for SEO and Speed.

This is a full time job, 160 hours per month, 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) from 8am-5pm pacific California time - weekend off. We pay you once a week via onlinejobs easypay. We will do a 2 week probation period which you will be paid for and after we see the quality, speed, ethics and overall performance of your work, we will decide to hire permanently or not.

Before getting hired for the trial period you will be required to do a virtual video interview and you will be giving a homework as a test to your skills and experience.
