Facebook Ads and YouTube profesional

Hiya,
I am looking for a Paid Media Expert to help me auditing a YouTube & Facebook Ads Campaign.
After the audit the person will implement the changes needed and potentially willing to work on a monthly basis optimizing the accounts and improving the KPI's.
This is a 5 to 10 hours per week job with a potential to grow in the future depending on performance and cultural fit.
