JOB OVERVIEW

As Customer Success Support Specialist, Clipboard Health expects the highest levels of customer service to be sure the customers on our platform remain with an outstanding ---------- this role as a Customer Success Support Specialist, you are responsible for incoming calls/text messages while keeping our wait times down! In addition, communicating with the rest of the departments to keep our nurses and facilities satisfied. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, enthusiastic, problem solver, and relationship builder! Often times you are the first point of contact when a customer is calling in!

Job Requirements
• Efficiently process incoming customer contacts through text, phone, and email
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Strives for the one contact resolution goal and eliminates the need for follow-up
• Foster confident relationships through open and engaging communication
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers
