Associate Recruiter
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Technician to provide remote support to the Recruiting Team Leader based in Charleston, SC, USA.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly-motivated and research-driven professional looking to gain experience in Agency Recruiting. The Recruiting Technican will partner with the Recruiting Team Leader to provide administrative and transactional support enabling the team to exceed monthly placement and revenue goals.
The ideal candidate has:
• 2 to 4+ years sales or recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in social media and technology (Microsoft Suite) and ATS or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly research-driven and able to uncover necessary data and information via online tools and resources
• Strong attention to detail and independent execution of assigned tasks
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to source, upload, parse, categorize, pre-screen/review, schedule, contact, and track candidates for a variety of sensitive government openings
• Research online industry resources, social media profiles, and referrals to source/identify and capture top talent in the ATS
• Assist with organization of proprietary recruitment data, prioritized dial lists, and reporting (e.g. recruitment activity, candidate metrics)
• Track/maintain interactions in the ATS and other recruiting-related and special projects as needed
Base salary will be provided and a $50.00 success bonus on every successful candidate placed in addition to base compensation is also part of the planned compensation.
