Hi there! I’m hiring a full time admin virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on our administrative tasks and creating systems for the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
? Familiarity with social media platforms
? Familiarity with project management like Trello and Asana
? Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite) and online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
? Excellent
? Excellent time management skills
?Solid organizational skills
?Document some admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
? General admin tasks
? Writing newsletters/social media post/blog
? Organizing
