Hello,
We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in e-commerce (Shopify specifically) with good communication and English skills with a prospect in becoming a managing assistant.
We have a really good success rate in e-commerce, we run a few stores that are doing good at this time and we are searching for new team members. So whether it is this store or several other stores we are going to up for 1-4 years and what I am specifically looking for is someone who is very adaptable, eager to learn a lot about Shopify and e-commerce in general.
You will be provided with the store G-Suite support account
Requirements:
- Experience doing customer service for e-commerce stores.
- Perfect English writing skills
- A willing to learn team member.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers in Gmail in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed.
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 24hours)
- Communicate on
- Display a high level of service and communication at all times.
