Facebook Ads Specialist / Media Buyer

I am looking for a FULL TIME Facebook Ads media buyer to come on board and join our company.

If you have no experience running paid ads on Facebook, then this isn't a good fit.

As a senior media buyer for the last 8 years. I have spent over 2M of my own money growing our ---------- w I want to bring a buyer on board to learn my methods and manage my FB ads for me.

Here is exactly what I’m looking for:

- You must have managed a significant monthly spend on FB ads ($5k monthly and above).
- You must understand ALL ad objectives within the FB platform.
- You must be obsessed with increasing ROAS.
- You must know how to optimize bad / low performing campaigns and ad sets.
- You must enjoy watching campaigns and optimizing on the fly.
- You know the basics of writing compelling, direct response ad copy (and know how to get a click).

You thrive on feedback and are a perfectionist.

I’m looking for someone who is CRAZY about detail. Someone who is HIGHLY organized.

And someone who LOVES getting excellent results.

I will teach you everything I know, and if you are good, then you will have a long term position with us.
