We require an experienced recruitment researcher who wants to work full time from home to help us with research and executive search assignment predominantly in the UK.
Typically we work on mid to senior level executive positions for major global brands. We operate as executive head-hunters, we do not advertise roles, we identify people working for our clients direct competition and we approach them with a more compelling proposition.
Our roles require people to understand the dynamics of each sector and the firms within them. We expect our researchers to be self starters who will read about each sector, study the relevant websites and Wikipedia pages to become familiar with the terms and technical aspects associated with each industry.
We expect people to be professional and have a personalized approach to dealing with the industry professionals, being able to resonate with their skills and experiences. We use LinkedIn but we also use other social media avenues to identify people from blogs to, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, white papers and conferences.
