YouTube video developer/editor.

I am looking for video developer finding new ways to develope the content that will attract more subscribers/views. I am looking for someone that will take my channel to the next level. I am a coach and also play myself and the content is pretty specific. I want to coach the best in the world, so i want to get new players and jobs trough youtube. I wanna make it fun to watch and different. Something unique, so i am looking for thay person willing to understand my sport. You can tell me in the beginning of the your offer how many subscribers and views i have. What is your assesment of my Channel and please be constructiv. What can i do with the channel? The general idea for the whole channel is what i want carved out, and i know my field well. Played and coached since 1993. Also being able to edit the videos so that the quality is high, makes impressive impact. Need someone i can trust so we can develope the youtube channel together. Think outside the box, and ask as many questions as you need to understand my needs. The better you can explain the easier it is to understand. Also i would hope for someone that can help me the whole way. It isnt easy to be better than someone else, but i always want to be the best when i do something. I think i can, i want to, need to and so tell me Where you think i can go with this channel. How i can market myself as a coach, then coach people online somehow, get paid and being able to communicate somewhere good. Also want to make money from youtube, and develope the channel so what is possible. I am nervous about giving anybody access to my youtube channel so tell me more here. I dont have the best conputer ski?ls, so being able to explain and get the most out of our partnership is crucial. I have ideas to, and when i hear your ideas i will know what you can do with me. Honestly i need help with the planning, the direction and develope the content. Then being able to do everything to market it to be a success. I will add what software to use in webdevelopment but you can tell me what is the best to use and why it is. I will get many answers and that will make me understand more.
