Superstar Virtual Assistant Required - Email Marketing Experience Preferred

We're looking for a very unique person to fill this job. You will be my righthand man/woman. My personal assistant who will go a long way with me. If we are a good fit, you don’t have to worry about job security as I prefer long term relationships over profitability.

We're looking for someone that would also enjoy contributing ideas and sharing their thoughts, while they do their job. The end goal is for you to understand the products that we own inside out conceptually so that you can assist me with customer questions and my daily routine tasks.

We're basically looking for a talented, hard-working person that would like to become a valuable member of our team. And you can do this job completely from your home if you have a good internet connection.

So, this could be a wonderful full-time, long term opportunity for you!

Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet, but please be aware that we will test you on your skill level for each requirement:

- You must be able to start immediately.

- You must be able to work during regular business hours SGT (Singapore Standard Time).

- Although you will work remotely, you will be in constant contact with me during the ---------- t only chat, but also audio. I normally use WhatsApp – both messenging and calls.

- You should be fluent in English. Both spoken and written. There will be lots of little tasks I will need you to do that will require you to write on my behalf.

- You must have above average skills with Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint.

Each day is different, but some of your primary duties will be:

1. Write and schedule all my email marketing daily campaigns.

2. Manage and reply on my behalf with my Facebook Messenger profile to customers and joint venture (JV) partners.

3. Manage and reply on my behalf all customer emails for an on-going event - the “3 days challenge”.

4. Input URLs into my link tracking software (clickmeter) before scheduling them up to send via emails.

5. Speak to JV partners and schedule up cross promotions.

6. Seek for potential JV partners in various Facebook groups to promote our products and create a win win solution.

7. Manage alongside me my 1200+ active paying customers’ private Facebook group to answer support questions and make sure all comments are replied to.

8. Create an email scheduling calendar to track upcoming JV email campaign or launch.
