• Strong Wordpress Experience (html & CSS)

•Ability to learn new skills quickly and easily (training provided)

• I help market businesses online to help them grow as well as design websites.
• I have been running my company for 7 years
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an Dallas Marketing Rockstar/Visuallyverbal Marketing located in the Texas in the USA


ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Primarily Design websites for clients (wordpress)
• Webmaster
• Photoshop and Graphic design skill set (logos and site graphics)
• HTML, CSS, PHP, mySql
• SEO and Marketing Skills a definite plus
• Write articles for me & posting them on our sites
• Handle Social Media Postings
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research
• Stay busy and able to learn new skills to drive sales
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
