Full-Time SEO Expert to Manage Keyword Research, On-Page, & Off-Page SEO

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review my job!

First of all, I have a confession: I've never handed off my SEO to ---------- was the first digital marketing skill I developed 16 years ago and has been the foundation of my internet marketing portfolio since then. I've worked with many writers over the years who I taught keyword research & SEO, but I've never worked with a dedicated SEO specialist.

I think it's time.

A little about me: I've managed remote teams for almost seven years now, and I truly care about and value my team members. Without good team members, I wouldn't have the business I have today — I take care of my team members accordingly.

Anyone I've hired who didn't mislead or misrepresent their skills during the interview process has worked with me for several years at a minimum, and we've always ended on good terms whenever we ultimately part ways.

I mentor my team members and teach them skills that they can someday use to build their own internet marketing / blogging business, should they choose to take that path in the future.

Position Requirements:

This role will not involve any writing — I can hire and train another team member for that. This role will be 100% SEO, involving:

• Auditing and suggesting changes for our entire Wordpress-based website in the internet marketing industry (hundreds of posts).
• Researching and suggesting keywords related to our website's offering that we can actually rank for over time.
• Optimizing the on-page SEO for any article provided by our staff writer.
• White-hat linkbuilding for our website's highest-ROI content, plus any new articles as they're written.
• Anything else you can recommend that will boost our website's **qualified** organic traffic.

You will be mostly autonomous in your position, although we will likely meet to discuss strategy and updates once every 1-2 weeks. You will be provided with whatever tools and subscriptions you need, within reason.

You will need to be able to design and execute your own SEO campaign for our website, but you will be working closely with someone who has a strong background in SEO to assist and offer a second opinion as needed.

A proven track record of:

• Effective, white-hat-driven SEO results,
• The ability to supplement content marketing efforts with on-and-off-page SEO,
• And ranking websites at the national and international level...

Will be strongly favored for this position.

The ability to create basic and attractive graphics would be a bonus (for inserting into articles), but is not at all required.

Final Details:

As you can see, there's quite a salary range listed for this job. I have no problem paying a premium for experience, but if you request a salary towards the top of the listed range (or higher), we'll need to have a conversation about how it adds more value than other applicants requesting a lower salary.
