Self motivated: how long can you go without being able to set a meeting before the big commission?
Analytical: You should always be tracking and you should always know your numbers. Keep track of all your looms, cold calls, cold
People Person: You genuinely need to care about the client. We hope that you have a strong interest to get to know prospects, empathize, and show them how we can help.
Patience: You need to be patience about the process as well as with clients. Knowing the importance of patience in the sales cycle is critical in landing the meeting so you can receive the big commission.
