web designer and seo expert

I am looking for a good web designer and seo expert. We work mostly in wordpress so would need to have customizing skills such as css. Of course design skills is also a major part of what I am looking for and that would include video creating and editing.

Other attributes I am looking for:
Ability to complete tasks at a fast pace
Have great internet speed as well as a good back up source of internet
Good conversational skills in the American version of English
The hours worked are flexible, (doesn't matter to me day or night) but once schedule is set then need to stick to that schedule
Good place to work from with minimal distractions
Ambitious- willing to work hard (and smart) for advancement
Creative in design work
Dependable.
