Project Manager with experience in Business Development

This is a post for a long-term role at our B2B lead generation company which has been around for six years now. We’re growing and need help managing our internal projects.

?Must have skills:

?-Expert level understanding of US based titles. This role requires read through a list of hundreds of titles each week, and determining if their titles are senior enough to email. ?

-Fluent or native level English proficiency. You will be expected to edit messages daily for grammar and spelling. 

-Experience working with a Project Management solution like Asana. You will be expected to complete 15+ tasks per day with Asana.

-Availability between 12p noon and 7p PST. If you are available during these times, please explicitly mention it in your email to us. ?

-You have experience managing others in the PHL, and holding them accountable to their tasks to assure they are done on time. If this is you, please put “Experienced” in your subject line when messaging us.

-A webcam and the ability to hop on a video call at any point during your shift if we need to discuss a new project. 

Good to have skills:?

-LinkedIn experience. If you’ve messaged people consistently using LinkedIn in the past, that is a big plus for this role. ?

-Gmail or email automation experience. Whether it was for recruiting or business (sales) development, the ideal candidate for this role has regularly sent out bulk email messages in the past.
