Medical Scribe & Phone Receptionist

Natural Med Doc is looking for a full-time HIPPA compliant medical scribe to help with charting, placing lab orders, pharmaceutical, and being in charge of booking lead appointments.

***REQUIREMENTS***
> HIPPA certified
> Understand & have Experience w/ United States-based EHR systems. The EHR system our practice uses is: Charm Health ( ---------- )
> EXCELLENT English Skills
> Very good on the phone. Able to have conversations and communicate easily.


***WHAT YOU WILL DO***
> Listen to appointments the doctor has and complete charts for the doctor to review.
> Order labs, prescriptions, etc. based on patient needs.
> Random virtual tasks the doctor has.
> Take inbound phone calls of leads who are interested.
>Manage social media commenting, messaging, and booking appointments with leads.
